Round Centrifugal Duct Fan  is our newly developed series with advanced technology absorbed from oversea and domestic. With standard size, the inlet and outlet at the same diameter could be directly connected with the duct by saving cost in designing. The new design of housing, tog-ether with high-efficient centrifugal impeller, and high-performance external rotor motor make our duct fan superior to others at the aspects of bulk, weight, vibration, noise, durability, efficiency and safety. It's widely used at hotel, auditoriums, supermarkets, stations, airports and other public occasions.

Structure

Round Centrifugal Duct Fan mainly includes housing,impeller,extemal
rotor motor and connection box.

1. Housing: Formed and tooled by quality deep-stretch cold-rolling steel with plastic injection and strong rusty resistance sur-face. Computerized fluid-channel design , it makes high efficiency for the impeller. The outlet and inlet at the same diameter and standard design make it easy to install, maintain and clean.Specifications available are 100mm,125mm,150mm,160mm,200mm,250mm and 315mm.

2. Impeller diameters: 190mm,220mm,250mm,280mm, and 315mm are available. Backward-curved impeller matches well with the housing to maximize the airflow , efficiency and minimize the noise level.

3. External Rotor Motor : Adopted by single-phase asynchronous external rotor motor. The impeller and motor are directly pressed so that impeller could be driven by motor for small duct fan's cubage ,stable performance, high efficiency and durability.

4.Connecting Box : Adopted by fire-resistant fiber PVC. Quality fire-proof, safety for usage and easy to disassemble.
